Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://acsacatx.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. ACSACATX reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, ACSACATX markets and arranges HVAC Installation, HVAC Maintenance, HVAC System Cleaning, AC Repair, Walk-In Cooler Repair. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.
Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.
Intellectual Property. All content on https://acsacatx.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of ACSACATX or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.
Termination Rights. We may end your access to the Site at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred prior.
No Warranties. ACSACATX disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.
Limitation. In no event will ACSACATX's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ACSACATX from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by TX law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in TX for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
Term Changes. ACSACATX may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on this Site, and continued use is deemed acceptance.
